Cristy presents on various topics in different formats, modalities, and styles, varying according to request, need, and goals.

The areas of her experience, expertise, and interest include (but are not limited to): Adult Services, Programming, Older Adults & Aging, Latine & Spanish-speakers, Cultural Humility, Exploring Community & Population Data, Evidence-based and Community-Informed Strategic Planning for Libraries, Outcomes-based Evaluation, Facilitated Community Conversations, Creating and Fostering Welcome & Belonging in Libraries (for Community and for Staff), and Finding, Building, and Fostering Cross-sector Collaborative Partnerships.

- “Bienvenidos: Creating Welcome for Hispanohablantes and Latines at Your Library"
- “Scouting Possibilities: Intergenerational Programming” (w/ Kate Brunner, Youth Services Principal Consultant, and Kate Compton, Early Literacy Consultant, Colorado State Library), 90- or 120-minute workshop
- "Intergen in the Library Workplace," a 90-minute workshop
